When it comes to bulk materials, shipping fees have historically been calculated by some amount per “loaded mile” plus the cost of the material, all added up on the back of a napkin.
Here at Little Dumps, we’ve greatly simplified things by including all delivery/shipping fees directly into our pricing and developing various “extended” or specialty zones to accommodate greater travel distances/etc.
Given the nature of our business (transporting heavy and/or voluminous products) all of our purchases are considered final and we aren’t able to offer refunds or exchanges. That said, if a mistake occurs we’ll be right there to make things right.
