This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for Little Dumps, LLC and its website littledumps.com as well as all other littledumps.com subdomains (*.littledumps.com) and the ordering platform we use (ldm.bulkdelivery.app), collectively referred to as “our website”. This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by our website and will notify you of the following:

  1. What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the website, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.
  2. What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data.
  3. The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.
  4. How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization.

To receive email marketing information from Little Dumps, LLC you must be an existing customer or sign up via a form on our website. You may also use the following link to sign up for our email newsletter.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit littledumps.com, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information.

  • Opt-outs: For Google Analytics Advertising Features, you can opt-out through Google Ads Settings, Ad Settings for mobile apps, or any other available means (for example, the NAI’s consumer opt-out service). Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out plug-in for the web. (Note, that Little Dumps, LLC is not currently using GA data for advertising purposes).

You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the phone number or email address given on our website (bottom of this page):

  • Request what data we have about you, if any.
  • Change/correct any data we have about you.
  • Have us delete any data we have about you.

Withdrawing Consent

You can withdraw your consent to email marketing by using the unsubscribe link in such communications. You can choose to withdraw your consent to our processing of your information at any time by emailing [email protected] to request that your personal information is deleted.

Additionally, we send our own email notifications of:

  • purchase receipts.
  • delivery reminders.
  • delivery follow-up messages.
  • auto-responses after a Little Dumps, LLC contact request has been submitted.

Data Retention

Little Dumps, LLC will retain your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce any agreements. Google Analytics retains user data (attached to an anonymized IP address, not individual name) and is not currently set to automatically expire.

Orders

We request information from you on our checkout/order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name, email address & phone number) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you. Little Dumps, LLC does not store credit card numbers and all online payment processing is managed via PayPal or Stripe.

Form Submissions

We store contact & support form submissions for customer service purposes but do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes unless you also specifically sign up for our email list. We do not store any IP address information alongside these submissions.

Content on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page. As noted above, Little Dumps, LLC does not internally collect credit card information.  Each order on our website is transferred to PayPal or Stripe for payment processing.

While we use encryption to protect the transmission of sensitive information online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing, deliveries or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we access personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Cookies store data about your use and are common on most major websites. They are helpful because they allow littledumps.com to function and customize your experience. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personal information you submit while on our site.
